Yoga with Hannah Kerrigan
Our yoga classes are focused on strengthening and stretching the muscles that support you in climbing and other daily activities. Even if you aren’t a climber, yoga is for you! Come and enjoy a relaxed mind and body and an opportunity to see yourself in a new way!

- Tuesdays @ 7:00pm
- Fridays @ 1:00pm
Yoga is $5 for members and only $10 for non-members!
Please note: Yoga is held in various locations around the gym. Please bring your own mat, we have some if you need them. You do not need to purchase a day pass to take a yoga class. Please fill out a facility waiver upon arrival.
