Cancellation Policy
Individual Classes:
We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your class reservation. The deposit required is $15/person. Any class reservation may be cancelled two weeks in advance without penalty. The deposit will be retained for class reservations cancelled or rescheduled less than two weeks in advance for any reason or if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled class time. In the event the deposit must be retained and the individual responsible refuses to pay or has supplied an invalid credit card, Upper Limits will collect upon the deposit amount as debt. The cancellation policy goes into effect immediately upon receipt of the deposit.
Group Reservations:
We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your date and time. The deposit required for a group reservation is $5/climber for Group Adventures, Birthdays, and Open Climbing or $15/climber for Merit Badge, Rock Gym 101 and Team Challenge classes. Any group reservation may be cancelled two months in advance without penalty. The deposit will be retained for group reservations cancelled or rescheduled less than two months in advance for any reason. In the event the deposit must be retained and the individual responsible refuses to pay or has supplied an invalid credit card, Upper Limits will collect upon the deposit amount as debt. The cancellation policy goes into effect immediately upon receipt of deposit.
