This one-hour workout makes use of the aerial silks and trapeze to help build balance, coordination, and core strength. Whether you’re looking to gain the strength and stamina to master skills in any of our aerial classes, or just want the beautiful musculature of an acrobat, this class is a great place to start.
Expect to be challenged with innovative exercises using your own bodyweight – both on the ground and in aerial suspension. Whether you’re trying to shake up a fitness regimen or begin a new one, this class will make you fit to fly!

What should I wear to this workout? Form-fitting workout clothing. Pants or legging long enough to cover the calves (avoid bare legs, this equipment can chafe!) No shoes, rings, dangling jewelry, or pants with zippers are permitted on the aerial fabrics.
Avoid baggy pants with slippery material.
