This 2 hour lesson covers knot tying, safety checks, equipment usage, climbing commands and kids 11 yrs. and older will learn to belay along with the adults. Includes rental equipment and a climbing pass for that day.  Classes held every Sunday 1-3 pm and every Thursday 6-8pm.  $19 for parents and kids 11-17 yrs, each, $13 for kids 10 & under each.

Bouldering Competition & Shoe Demo

Despite the high winds, 28 competitors came out and chalked the holds up on the boulder to open up the outdoor season. With over 50 problems currently set there will be plenty to keep you busy for a while. We also had 15 people either renew or sign up for a new membership with the Access Fund. Thanks to all the competitors for coming out, all of the local sponsors who donated prizes and the Reps from 5.10, Red Chili, and La Sportiva for bringing shoes out for customers to try.
